


Dr. Gregory Parks earned his B.S. in psychology from Howard
University, his M.A. in Forensic Psychology from the City University
of New York, and both his M.S. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology
from the University of Kentucky. He is a former American Psychological
Association and Southern Regional Education board fellow. Dr.
Parks' primary research interests focus on the locus where psychology,
race, and law overlap. Dr. Parks is a postdoctoral fellow at the
University of Kentucky, completing an edited book on psychology,
race and law. Dr. Parks is also 2008 JD Candidate, at Cornell
Law School. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
and is a 32 mason, Prince Hall Affiliated.

Rhonda M. Lawson is the author of Cheatin’ in the Next
Room, published by JADA Press Publishing. She is also an Army
journalist, garnering various journalism awards, including the
1997 Training and Doctrine Command Journalist of the Year. She
has recently returned from the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt with the
Multinational Force and Observers, where she edited a bi-monthly
magazine for the Force.

Crystal Perkins-Stell is mother, an educator, and author. She was born April 5 in Newark, New Jersey and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She has always been a blissful dreamer who has never accepted defeat. As a child, she vowed to her mom that one day she would do big things in life. A few decades later, here she is making her dreams a reality.

Anthony Wilbon was born in Flint, Michigan. He attended Michigan State University where he majored in Electrical Engineering. Upon graduation, he moved to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and began his career working for Westinghouse Electric Corporation. He also worked for various technology-related companies including American Management Systems and Booz-Allen and Hamilton.

Rjpoet, born Richard T. James, Jr. is a poet and writer currently living in his home town of Detroit, Michigan. A 1990 graduate of Morehouse College, he acquired his Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He holds an MBA in Strategic Planning Management from Davenport University.

Marc Lacy is the second child and first son of three children born to Walter and Julianne White Lacy. Marc attended elementary school in Huntsville, Alabama and Pusan, Korea.

Dr. Monica “Moe” Anderson is also a motivational speaker, publisher, and Doctor of Dental Surgery. Her latest release is her debut novel, When A Sistah's Fed Up, and her latest debut, I Stand Accused.

Prof. Frederick Williams two publications to date are, The Nomination and Beyond Redemption. His third novel, Just Loving You is to be released next month. He is founder of Readers and Writers Group of San Antonio.

Thomas Brooks The award-winning author has published several articles, and has been featured frequently on the radio and on television.

Monica L. Jones was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. At the age of six she witnessed the stage production of The Wiz, which sparked a love and appreciation for the Arts. Monica wrote and submitted a script for a popular situation comedy at the age of fourteen.
